The treatment is strictly on prior appointment basis.

Patient needs to carry prescription from certified doctor & all related reports for the treatment.

The patient needs to declare all discomforts, allergies & hypotension etc. for the treatment if it is not mentioned in the prescription.

For surgery patients, pre & post medical history needs to be submitted.

The patient needs to carry all consumables & medicines for the treatment.

The patient needs to carry a separate bed linen & towel for the treatment.

In case of female & emergency patients, a companion is mandatory while treatment.

Drinking water & using mobile phone is prohibited during treatment, specially Electro therapy.

The patient should make the payment through UPI or cash & the payment voucher will be provided accordingly.

The payment term is strictly for minimum 4 classes, which patient needs to pay in advance before starting the treatment.

The payable amount is valid for 180 days from the date of commencement.

The patient party should fill up a declaration form before commencement of the treatment.
